SUPERNATURAL WORD FOR THE DAY

Pastor Denis Amos Emojong

*GOD DID NOT CREATE YOU TO FAIL*

*So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)*

The idea of creating man in the image and likeness of God originated from God Himself. You did not apply to God asking Him that you may be born in the family, tribe and nation that you have found yourself in. However, because God has a divine purpose and plan for your life, He created you and placed you in the kindred and race where you belong today. He placed you there so that you can be used as a vessel to manifest His divine purpose and plan for your life.

In Jeremiah 29:11, the Bible says, *“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”* This means that your life was already destined by God to be blessed and succeed in all spheres of life. Success is divinely projected by God to you. Do not let despair take over your heart; you were not born to suffer in this world. When you look at the story creation in Genesis 1, the first thing God did after creating man is He blessed him to be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth.

This means that God planned and put every resource that man needed in the world so that man would never fail. God never made you to fail; therefore, refuse to fail because failure is inconsistent with your nature.

*MEDITATION SCRIPTURES*

*Genesis 39:2-6*

And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the LORD [was] with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand. And Joseph found grace in his sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all [that] he had he put into his hand. And it came to pass from the time [that] he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field. And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was [a] goodly [person], and well favoured.
