COVID REGULATION FOR RWANDA

COVID REGULATION FOR RWANDA

COVID-19 Policy
As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.

Please note that in the effort of preventing the further spread of COVID-19 new guidelines have been released that also affect the stay with us as a Rwandan resident:

All guests staying at hotels countrywide are required to present a negative SARS-CoV 2 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) or Antigen Rapid COVID-19 test.
International tourists entering the country will be required to take a PCR test on arrival which is valid for 120 hours. They will be required to take a rapid test after this period elapses.
Tourists visiting National Parks will be required to present a negative SARS-CoV 2 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test with the exception of Akagera National Park where a negative Antigen Rapid Test result for COVID-19 will be accepted.
Please check the RBC Website for the latest regulations
All hotels are required to check for test results before checking in guests.
Arriving guests will use hand sanitizer and wear face masks in public areas except while having their meals. The temperature will be measured and recorded for each guest with an infrared thermometer.
Hand sanitizers are provided in rooms and public areas.
To reduce contacts between guests and staff we are making sure that guests are provided with enough amenities for their stay on arrival. During your stay, house keeping will only come to your room on request.
Our staff is aware of the measures put in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19. We kindly ask you to also respect these measures when you come to visit us.

We thank you for your collaboration and are wishing you a wonderful stay with us. Please don’t hesitate to contact any of our staff in case you have a question or concern.
